Thanks

After the most wonderful day, we are now Mr & Mrs Wade! Thanks to everyone who made it over for the celebrations and also to all the kind wishes we have received by email, post & telephone.

We have posted a few photo's on the blog below, and also a short video.

RSVP's

Thanks for all the RSVP's. We really enjoyed seeing everyone who could make it to Samui.

Monday 2nd July 2007 - Sunset cruise + Drinks

Quite a few of our friends & family arrived over the weekend, and around 20 of us hit the seas for a Sunset Cruise on the 'Kia Ora' (a 50ft catamaran). After the cruise, we moved on to 'Club 44' for a small wedding party that the friendly bar staff put on for us.

Tuesday 3rd July 2007 - Island Exploration + Dinner by the beach

We all met at Big Buddha today for a spiritual awakening, the convoy then travelled to the Jungle club resort for lunch and a dip in their "pool with a view".

We then proceeded to the Rum factory for a tasting session

Finally we went to Crystal Seafood Restaurant on Cheong Mon Beach for dinner, by the tine everyone had sat down the table stretched almost half the length of the beach and people were using mobile phones to communicate with the other end!

Wednesday 4th July 2007 - Hens + Stags

Girls version:
A big storm prevented us from taking the ferry over to Koh Phangan, and a quick Plan B was devised. We had lunch at our local English pub (The Elephant & Castle), followed by a couple of hours getting pampered with massages, facials and manicures. The evening saw us indulging in yummy food and cocktails at Pangaea bar, and then on to Q-Bar for a boogie.

Boys version:
From what I heard, the boys started off with lunch at the Lord Nelson pub, followed by some Quad Biking in the jungle during the day. And the night time activities started with lots of yummy Thai food, followed by quite a few beers in one of Samui's notorious drinking spots!

Thursday 5th July 2007 - Beach Day & Sunset Drinks

We had a very lazy day - lunch and massages at Cheong Mon beach - followed by drinks at our semi-completed house. Sorry, we didn't take any photo's.

Friday 6th July 2007 - The Wedding Day

Definitely the best party we've ever thrown!
